આ યોજનામાં સહાય મેળવવા માટેની શરતો :
- ૧. માર્ચ-૨૦૨૩માં ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચત્તર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ દ્વારા ધો. ૧૦નું પરિણામ જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જે અંતર્ગત પ્રથમ પ્રયત્ને ૭૫% કે તેથી વધુ ગુણ મેળવી પાસ થનાર અને ધો. ૧૧ સામાન્ય પ્રવાહ (વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ સિવાય)નાં અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર અનુસૂચિત જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓએ અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.
- ૨. ઓનલાઈન આવેલ અરજીઓ પૈકી ટકાવારીના ધોરણે પ્રથમ ૧૦૦ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના મેરીટ લીસ્ટમાં
- સમાવેશ કરીને સહાય આપવામાં આવશે.
- ૩. આ યોજનામાં આવક મર્યાદા રૂા.૬,૦૦,૦૦૦/- (અંકે છ લાખ પૂરા) રહેશે.
- ૪. સામાન્ય પ્રવાહ (વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહ સિવાય)માં ધોરણ-૧૧માં રૂા. ૮,૦૦૦/- અને ધોરણ-૧૨માં રૂા. ૪,૦૦૦/- શિક્ષણ ગુણવત્તા પ્રોત્સાહક સહાય મળવા પાત્ર થશે.
- ૫. જેમને ધો. ૧૧માં સહાય મળેલ હોય તેઓને જ ધો૨ણ-૧૨માં ટ્યુશન સહાય આપવામાં આવશે.
- ૬. ૭૫%થી ઓછા ગુણ (ટકા) મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓની અરજી કરવી નહી (પર્સન્ટાઇલ કૈંક ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહીં)
- ૭. ખાનગી ટ્યુશન વર્ગમાં કે ખાનગી શિક્ષક પાસે ટ્યુશન લીધા અંગેની પાકી રસીદ/પહોંચ રેવન્યુ સ્ટેમ્પવાળી અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે.
- ૮. ગત વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩માં જેમને ધોરણ-૧૧માં સહાય મળેલ હોય અને હાલમાં ધોરણ-૧૨માં અભ્યાસ કરતા હોઈ તેઓએ ટ્યુશન સહાયની ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.

આથી તમામ શાળાઓને જણાવવાનું કે 16 ફેબ્રુઆરી થી ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ માં સુધારો કરેલ છે જેથી રોજે રોજ લોગીન કરતી વખતે ઓટીપી આવશે જેથી હવે થી ફરજિયાત રોજે રોજ ઓટીપી થી જ લોગીન કરવું પડશે. આ ઓટીપી આઠ કલાક સુધી માન્ય રહેશે. અમુક વખતે સાદા ટેક્સ્ટ મેસેજ થી ઓટીપી ના મળે તો નીચે આપેલી Sandes App Install કરી ને પોર્ટલ પર જે નંબર આપેલ છે તેનાથી લોગીન કરવું
જેની જિલ્લાની તમામ શાળા ના આચાર્યશ્રીઓ ને જાણ થવા વિનંતી છે.

Digital Gujarat Scholarship Required Documents
The list of documents required to fill the form in Digital Gujarat Scholarship is given below
- Photo
- E-mail and mobile number (give login email and mobile is permanent and present only.)
- 10th, 11th & 12th Mark Sheet (as applicable) (Note: Last Attempt Mark Sheet)
- Marksheets of all the courses done after class 10 have to be uploaded.
- Pattern of Caste (for EWS, OBC, SC, ST) Example of income
- Aadhar card
- Bank Passbook
- Access to Fee Payment (Fee Waiver Certificate if Fee Waiver)
- LC (School Leaving Certificate)
- Bonofide Certificate (if applicable)
- School College I Card (if any)
- Hostel Certificate (if student staying in hostel)
- Break Affidavit Certificate (Notarized Break Affidavit Certificate in stamp paper if student has more than 1 year gap during studies)

Digital Gujarat Scholarship Online Application
- First of all, you have to go to the website of Digital Gujarat.
- There you have to do your registration and then login.
- After login you have to click on Services and click on Scholarship Services.
- Then, click Request A New Service or Renew
- After doing that you have to click on Continue to Services.
- The Registration Details page will open, fill in the correct details and click on the Save And Next button.
- Then, Save Draft by uploading the document in Bank Details, Academic Details, Disability Details and Attachment.
- Now click on the checkbox given above and click on Verify Mobile Number.
- After confirming the OTP, you have to click on Confirm And Final Submit, so your Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2023 form will be submitted. Now you can print your form and submit it to your school or college.
