academic session in primary schools of the state is scheduled to start from 05/06/2023. All children aged 5 to 14 years who are eligible for admission in the next academic year and deprived of education are to be tracked and 100% enrollment, 100% transition and rehabilitation of drop out children are to be ensured. Different cherries/means of state can be used for tracking eligible children. Which includes Birth Registration, Anganwadi, Economic Survey Survey, Seekan Database etc.

In connection with the said operation, the district/city list of children registered in the database of Health Department Immunization (cMamta/Techo) and eligible for admission in the next academic year has been prepared separately from the state level. Enrollment and admission of eligible children can be done with the cooperation of upper primary section children and aware parents in different streets/neighborhoods.

Among the children found through other means other than Techo database, only those children who have migrated to other areas of the state are as per the attached sheet-1.
By the concerned District/Town in the prescribed format in soft copy in (MS-Excel format) should be sent to this office at Email-plan.dpe.guj@gmail.com within the time limit.
(2) Download the database provided by Google sheet from state 2nd level of eligible children to your district/city and segregate them according to your level, taluka/ward and village/area under your control. Information has to be provided to the school. And vigilance has to be taken to ensure that its verification is done consistently from the concerned school level. The following data has been made available in the above information.
It is your responsibility to see that each child in this data is enrolled. The information requested in the column behind the format given in the Google sheet of these children has to be collected from the schools through Block MIS and District MIS and uploaded in the Google sheet. So a list of the current address information of the children who have migrated from across the state has been created. The information can be sent within the time limit to the applicable district/city where the children have been transferred. Appropriate, intensive and continuous review should be done in this regard and action should be taken accordingly.
(3) All the above operations must be completed without delay before 30/04/23.
