Resignation/retirement/self-retirement/resignation of the employee currently holding the charge of principal – When the post of principal becomes vacant due to other reasons, while giving the charge of the primary school principal, the senior teacher of the school has to pay compulsory charge by taking into account the date entered in the Vidyasahayaya account.

When the charge of the Junior Teacher Acharya voluntarily agrees, the Senior Teacher and other teachers have to take the necessary order regarding the Acharya's position.
• When a senior teacher is transferred in any school and a junior teacher is in charge of the principal of the school, the senior teacher cannot claim the charge of the principal.
• When the Principal is on leave for any reason, the senior teacher coming in seniority shall take charge of the Principal of the school.
As far as possible in the primary school, the principal should not be the class teacher of L.1 and S.D. classes
• A copy of the charge list regarding charge transaction at the time of transfer of charge of Masarthe should be sent to Taluka Kaksha to T.Pr.Shri.
• Schools in which H.Tat Principal has been appointed in the primary school will not have to consider this circular.Violation of the above instructions regarding the charge of the Principal will lead to service and disciplinary action against the person responsible.
