આપે Download કરેલ Student Report Card માં વિદ્યાર્થીની પ્રાથમિક વિગતો જેમાં જિલ્લોતાલુકો-ક્લસ્ટર-શાળાનું નામ UDISE CODE CHILD UID- વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ જોવા મળશે. -
Student_Report ACHIEVEMENT(S) Card માં વચ્ચેના ભાગમાં અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીએ જે તે વિષયમાં જે પ્રશ્નમાં 40% કરતાં વધુ ગુણ મેળવેલ છે તે પ્રશ્નક્રમ અને તે પ્રશ્ન સાથે જોડાયેલ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિ અને તે પ્રશ્નમાં મેળવેલ ગુણ અને તે પ્રશ્નના કુલ ગુણ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. એકથી વધુ પ્રશ્નમાં એક જ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિ જોડાયેલ છે તે પ્રશ્નણે પ્રશ્ન નંબરની કોલમમાં સંયુક્ત રીતે દર્શાવેલ છે.
Student_Report Card માં નીચેના ભાગમાં REQUIRES REMEDIAL WORK અંતર્ગત વિદ્યાર્થીએ જે તે વિષયમાં જે પ્રશ્નમાં 40% કરતાં વધુ ઓછા ગુણ મેળવેલ છે તે પ્રશ્નક્રમ અને તે પ્રશ્ન સાથે જોડાયેલ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિ અને તે પ્રશ્નમાં મેળવેલ ગુણ અને તે પ્રશ્નના કુલ ગુણ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. શિક્ષકે તે પ્રશ્નમાં જોડાયેલ અધ્યયન નિષ્પત્તિમાં વધુ સઘન રીતે અધ્યાપન કાર્ય આપવાનું છે, તેવું અર્થઘટન થાય છે.
